GEMS Recruit respects the privacy of its clients, job seekers and visitors to its website. Personal data is collected by GEMS Recruit for the purpose of supporting the operations, providing recruitment services and placing of individuals for potential work assignments. All collection, use, disclosure, or processing of data is undertaken in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). Personal data may be used by GEMS Recruit before, during or after an individual’s placement with our clients for the purpose of establishing, managing or terminating of an employment relationship.

Personal data may be collected using a number of different methods including the application process, through interactions with staff (whether by telephone, email or face-to-face meetings), job portals, and in the course of providing recruitment services to clients.

We use the information provided by these tools to improve our website and statistics. These tools place persistent cookies in your browser to identify you as a unique user that next time you visit our website. Each cookie cannot be used by anyone other than the service providers. The information collected from the cookie maybe transmitted to and stored by these services partners on servers in a country other than the country in which you reside. Though information collected does not include your personal data, the information collected is used and shared by these service providers with their individual privacy policies.
